You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. Any sharing of user information and or password with any third party, unless agree in writing with us is strictly prohibited.
- Payment and Fees
You agree to pay the fees specified for the training products you purchase. All fees are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made through the methods indicated on our checkout pages.
- Intellectual Property
All content included in our training products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and audio clips, is the property of Clients and Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Share your login details with any other person.
- Reproduce or redistribute training materials without our permission.
- Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all training products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund within this period, you must notify us in writing (via email to support@clientsandconsulting.com) of your request. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be issued.
Refund policy (Bespoke / Done For You Services):
For bespoke or “done-for-you” services, including but not limited to website development, social media profile creation, content creation, landing page design, and sales page construction, the following policy applies:
- Commencement of Work: Once we have commenced work on your bespoke service, you are no longer eligible for a refund. “Commencement of work” includes, but is not limited to, when digital assets have been sent (domains and or web hosting information, social media account logins, email autoresponder logins and any other software logins that may be needed for the build) and done for you work has begun, or any other tangible action taken by our team to deliver the agreed-upon service.
- Reasoning: Due to the nature of bespoke services, which involve significant time, resources, and often irreversible work, a refund is not feasible once the project has begun, this includes your right to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Guarantee of Results
Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality training and resources, we do not guarantee any specific results or financial success from the use of our training or materials. The information and training provided are for educational purposes only. Your success depends on various factors, including, but not limited to, your individual effort, skills, market conditions, and implementation of the strategies taught.
